The girls are fast, efficient and attentive; which is incredible because at times the store is full of customers and it is difficult to pay attention to so many people at the same time. I've never had a problem exchanging parts that were defective. You will find stores with lower prices, but they cannot match the quality.

Vision Hard has spectacular service and a very qualified team, with excellent salespeople and technicians. They are concerned with solving your problem, even if it is something simple and brings little financial return at that moment, unlike what some companies do, inventing problems to sell you solutions that were not necessary. This is what differentiates the company, presenting possible solutions, explaining each one of them, making recommendations and establishing a solid partnership where everyone is happy. I believe that most people looking for this type of service/product are laypeople and are therefore looking for someone trustworthy. This is what happened to me and since the first service performed we have formed a partnership for years. Trust, honesty, care and humility are some of the qualities cultivated at Vision Hard. That's why I recommend it with my eyes closed. Our city (and even the region) has needed a serious company like this for a long time.
